Quality policy

Doublespark's approach to businees is bound by the six principles or the comapanys quality policy:

  1. External Dimension (Customer Focused) - we will work hard to understand our clients' needs and develop and deliver products/services to satisfy them.
  2. Leadership Dimension (Constancy of Purpose) - the Directors of the company will reinforce this policy by demonstrating commitment to these principles on a daily basis in their dealings with clients, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  3. People Dimension (Teamwork) - we will only succeed as a business by pulling together and working as a team. To grow as a business we must develop our employees.
  4. Knowledge Dimension (Act on Facts) - we recognise that the decisions and actions that we take must be based on appropriate, accurate and timely information in order to be effective.
  5. Systems Dimension (Process Emphasis) - as a first step to improving our processes, we will implement and maintain a Quality System, which meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.
  6. Learning Dimension (Continual Improvement) - we will apply quality techniques to improve the performance of all aspects of our business year on year.
